Sir

Empire Day. We are [? planning] with [? the launch] on Monday week in our observances, the programme for which includes addresses & exercises for the children, [? suitable] to the occasion. I am whole-heartedly with those who would lead the [? nation] of tomorrow to a real appreciation of the Imperial heritage to which they have been born & [?] my small endeavours will always be to that [? part] .
