50th Vic., No. 25.—Schedule.
AGREEMENT.
This Agreement, made the 9th day of July 1894 between WS Hall of Cossack and Enemurra alias Whalebone as aboriginal native, witnesseth:—
1. The said Whalebone agrees to serve WS Hall as general servant.
2. Such service to last until July 9th 1895.
3. Whalebone is to begin work on the 9th day of July 1894.
4. WS Hall is to supply Whalebone during the said service with medicines and medical attendance when practicable and necessary, unless the illness of Whalebone be caused by his own improper act or default.
