It's nearly two weeks since I last wrote to you darling — I've been pretty busy, but not so busy that I shouldn't have done better than that, but don't think too badly of me for it, because even if I haven't written I've thought of you such a lot — I always do. I'd love to be able to write to you after I've gone to bed sweet — I think of so many things I want to tell you then, & all I can do is tell them to myself, & think of you & love you & then wonder what you're doing.
