Frederick Gordon Wilson

Gordon Wilson was born on 21 June 1906. Married Helen Nelson. Married Jessie M. Bowden in 1929 in Perth.

Posted to somewhere in New South Wales (near a good bathing beach) in October 1943, from Melbourne.[3]

Edith to Murray in November 1943:[4]

I think that perhaps I told you about Gordon's operation in a boat mail letter, it was a couple of growths, non-malignant, on the wall of the bladder, Papilloma, it is called, I had a letter from him yesterday, & he said that he is quite fit again, & now he is at Bankstown N.S.W.

Died aged 56, on 9 February 1963[1] and buried at Karrakatta with his parents.[2] Grave stone reads:

In loving memory of our beloved husband & father James Herbert Wilson born 5th Feb. 1872, died 1st June 1942. Also our beloved mother Edith Olive Wilson born 8th Sept. 1892, died 18th Aug, 1966. Frederick Gordon Wilson 1906–1963
